About Constant Contact’s Platform
Constant Contact is a leader in email marketing for small to medium sized businesses. We offer three flexible plans: Lite, Standard and Premium. The cost of each plan depends on the number of contacts a customer may have.
Lite. This plan is ideal for beginner marketers who just need the basics - like branded templates, AI content generation, tools to capture new subscribers, and a welcome automation.
Standard. Our most popular plan, Standard has a variety of intelligent and automated tools, like Campaign Builder, which creates multi-channel campaigns with AI, automated segments based on campaign engagement, email scheduling and A/B subject line testing.
Premium. Premium is ideal for pros, or for agencies looking to take their clients’ marketing to the next level with custom automations, advanced reporting, plus Facebook lookalike targeting, Google Ad Manager and SEO recommendations.

Types of accounts you can earn income on
As a partner, you can generate income passively - through referrals - or by setting up managed client accounts and billing your clients directly.
Referred accounts are won by sharing your referral link (found in your personal Constant Contact account). You will not manage these accounts, but you will still earn revenue when they convert to a paying account.
Managed accounts can be created directly from your Accounts tab and are best if you are planning on managing all marketing activities for your client, or onboarding a new client and then letting them manage their marketing activities. Rather than earning a revenue share for managed accounts, you will be billed at a discounted rate equivalent to the revenue share rate.
Earning Income and Revenue Share
The income you earn as a Constant Contact Partner includes a one-time new account bonus based on the plan type, as well as an 18% monthly revenue share for open accounts.
New Account Bonuses. New Account Bonuses are paid on new accounts that remain paying customers for 95 consecutive days. Partners can earn $75 USD for every Lite plan account sold, $125 for every Standard plan account sold and $200 USD for every Premier plan account sold. Payments are paid at the end of each month in accordance with the standard payment terms.
Revenue Share. Revenue Share payments accrued are paid at the end of each month in accordance with the standard payment terms. (For example, The January revenue share is paid in the last week of February.) Partners using Single Bill will be billed on behalf of their client with an 18% discount in lieu of the 18% revenue share.
Billing for managed accounts
Our Single Billing option allows you to pay for multiple managed client accounts with one payment each month. Pay for your clients’ accounts and then bill them separately for the cost, plus the services you provide. You have the flexibility to determine which accounts you want to have on Single Billing. You’ll receive an upfront discount on accounts, in place of the normal revenue share percentage. Single billing only applies to managed accounts, and not referred accounts. Learn how to set up single billing.
Managing Client Accounts in The 'Accounts' Tab
The 'Accounts' tab is your primary hub for managing client accounts from campaign creation to reporting and billing.
In the account tab you can create campaigns at the parent level, copy them to child accounts, or log into the child account and create child level campaigns. You can also create new child accounts, monitor the status of campaigns, view reporting, and manage billing for both child and parent accounts.
