Mezzi is a Lagatto Romagnolo (AKA: Italian Water Dog, Truffle Dog). If you haven't heard of the breed, don't worry, we hadn't either.
We got him because we have a blended family and he needed:
To be hypoallergenic, likes outdoors, needs exercise, loves water, can get along with pets and kids, medium-sized and smart. Not a big barker.
His full name is Mezzi Baffi (which is Italian for half-mustache)
