Our client list changes constantly with those that pass and new ones that get added. It would be ideal to have an option to replace a list instead of deleting and recreating each time.

Unless I am missing it, I don't see a way to get my contacts in alphabetical order by last name. Having the list in order by email address is not helpful to me. I preferred the former style of contacts which had the order by last name.

Good day, If CC is sending out "Confirm Subscription" emails, the administrator of the account should be advised for approval before it sends out to clients in his/her database. This is a form of spam, looks dangerous and seeds distrust.

I bought a list of potential clients and was gonna try constant contact to get more business. I needed help importing the list and they helped me do it, and I was clear that I bought the list. The next day they locked me out of my account and made me pay because 'i had to many contacts' then the next day they locked me out again and informed me I 'wasn't allowed to import a bought list'.. they wouldn't stand behind it and I let me back out altogether. I don't trust them as they lied. Now I can't figure out how to cancel my account

It used to be that when you clicked on the number shown in a particular column in the report, such as "Unsubscribe", it would show you the identity of the people. It no longer does that anymore. The listing of "Links" in decreasing order is a welcome change.

Please give more functionalities with alignments and graphics. I dislike that when you number something and then you indent to add a task that the next number changes to 3 doesn't allow for indentation.

I am unable to upload a multiple page PDF that has hyperlinks onto it. This has yet to change and I am always told to turn my content into a PNG or JPG image to upload. But doing so, I lose the hyperlink icons.
