I paid over $500 for an account for email to our parent's committee and the account has been suspended without even having a chance to use it. I would like to get my money back - this is ridiculous. I can't even send an email to customer service - they took the money easily enough. Not impressed. I will be contacting them tomorrow but today I am just supposed to wait. Ridiculous.
