When I create a new campaign, it takes me to a page to "Find your Template" and the "Import PDF to Email" button is nowhere to be found. I have the third generation email editor, which should still allow me to upload a PDF to an email. Thanks in advance for your help!

It sounds like your account has recently been switched over to the Cross-Device Editor's template selection screen, which doesn't currently have that Import PDF function at the moment. While the engineers are working on adding that functionality, you can still create an email from a PDF using a blank / basic template, then uploading your PDF while working in the editor.
