Certain of our emails (those using a specific from and reply-to address are getting quarantined for people in our own organization. The IT support guy asks for this info:
"Can someone please ask the vendor how to allow spoof of their incoming messages.
NOTE: if they say add something to your SPF records it won’t be possible as we are maxed out.
It seems the soft allow might not be working."
While I'm not certain what all that means, I'm hoping you do!

It sounds like you guys may need to setup some self authentication!
Here is a great overview on authentication and what it entails, however we'd recommend your IT department calling in and speaking to our Account Review team directly as self authentication set up can be a bit tricky.
