Sign Up Forms Missing

I'm trying to edit an existing sign up form. I click Sign-up Forms and the webpage is blank.How do I fix this?

Hello @Fadu.Technology ,

It doesn't look like your account has any active coded forms, so the only existing forms on your account would be the legacy landing page ones (Sign up forms > Legacy landing pages), or one of landing page forms made through the Campaigns page.
