I did sign up and confirmed the email and as soon I logged in it showed me the error message and that I need to call support. Next day I was at the meeting all day and someone tried to call me from your support when I couldn't answer. So now, second night I was trying to use it and it is still the same message.
So the person who tried to reach me couldn't just fix my account?
