unsubscribed email

An individual unsubscribed in error. I resent them a resubscribe email that they have never received. They want to receive our emails. How can I send them an additional email that will allow them to be resubscribed?

Hello @LayneM7,

 

You will want to send them a personal email outside of Constant Contact including a link to a Lead Generation Landing Page so they can sign up again. Thanks!
