Its silly to have to tag every single link manually with utm codes for Google Analytics. Can you just create a setting either at the account level or the campaign level to turn on GA utm code tagging? Lots of other email software tools have this. I am very surprised that Constant Contact does not. Thanks.

The new site is incredibly cumbersome. I need you guys to bring back the ability to email non-responders for events. The non-click option is not the same.
Also, I need to drop the whole ticketing portion. We are not selling anything but we need to track the number of registrants and they need the ability to add a guest with registration information.
We are now looking at different platforms for marketing. That is how frustrating the changes have become.

We should have the ability to copy or quicksend ANY emails we create, including those within events. We should also be able to view any prior emails we sent within events. Currently event emails can't be viewed or copied after the event is over. This is especially problematic for organizations that hold repeat events or want to maintain consistency with messaging and branding.

I would love to see a "waitlist" option that will either automate an email invite if a registrant cancels or more spots open up; or, at the very least, allow our agency to maintain an online waitlist in the event with the option to invite individuals to the event. Is that option going to be explored or integrated in the future?

The new Editing toolbar is very annoying. Every time i select an element and the toolbar appears, it bumps my email down. Then when I unselect an element, it jumps back up again. When you are trying to edit things quickly, it is very frustrating because you have to keep finding where your cursor went. No, it's not my bandwidth. It's the toolbar because it keeps being hidden and re-appearing. Can you at least add a fixed height area for the toolbar to appear in so that my email stops being bumped down everytime the editor appears, and bumped back up once I de-select an element? In case you don't understand what I'm talking about, I have included a screencast of this behavior:

Hello. Please make it possible to choose default fonts, logos, colours, button shapes, etc. that are separate from having to simply "copy a previous template". The reason is that even when dragging in a new text box, or if you delete all the text in a box to start over, the font goes back to Constant Contact's default, which is usually a font and colour we'd never use. Provide an audit log when Contact Details change. Log should include time stamp, original value, updated value, source of change.

Not really a question, but... It sure would be nice if, when you are in the process of creating an email - on the page where you select recipients - there would be a link to "Create List" from that page, rather than having to go to the contacts page and begin from there.

In the reporting section where we have our events, when someone registers a guest it now does not show that guests name in the registered guest downloaded file it will just show that someone has registered someone extra.
This is very time consuming for us to physically click into the guest to gain their information, the older system was easier for us.
Can this be resolved?

We need the ability to send reminder emails to people who have abandoned their registration so they do not miss cut off dates. Currently there is not a way to choose just specific people to send a reminder email to and it creates a lack of ability to follow up with them.

It would be great to see which events each contact has registered for in their contact details page so the information is collectively in one place. When dealing with a particular contact it's helpful to be able to check what they're engaging with before speaking with them instead of having to go into each event and look for their name on the registration list.
