The main reason we purchased the SMS feature was so that we would have the ability to connect with our people during specific times. The quiet hours prevent us form doing this and is very problematic. The feature out quiet hours should be optional at best.
I agree with amending the quiet hours. Like many others, we do use this as an internal communication function (as well as external communication). For internal reasons, specifically office closures, emergency situations, and other work related items, it'd be nice to be able to use the SMS service before 8 a.m. CST.
