It takes so much time trying to figure out how to copy and edit a campaign. It used to be so easy to change the color of a block, now it is impossible unless you talk to Support. And sometimes they do it themselves and sends you a copy, but you don't know how to do it next time. Unbelievable how complicated you can turn a simple way to do it into an impossible task. What is the purpose for this? It is discouraging.

Hello. PLEASE allow different email campaigns to be opened in new tabs. Having multiple campaigns open helps with visual reference when working on the format of new campaigns. It also helps compare reporting, etc. PLEASE PLEASE!

It would be useful if the least engaged list could be rank ordered or made to show last time the client opened a message. I like to purge my list of anyone who has not opened a message in a year.

I used to share every newsletter to all social media - You have made so difficult now I can't do it and I certainly don't have time to do the new set up to make it easier I guess for you. Very frustrating. The new way is absolutely horrible - a HUGE pain, have to re set up everything then it constantly fails - WHY would you change something that worked perfectly?

I just finished our monthly news letter, I normally send it also to our Facebook Account. THANK YOU for making that task more difficult. We are a small staffed nonprofit, we do not employ "social media experts." And while I have a degree in marketing, it predates social media. But what I do know is that this should be less problematic. I really believe your goal is to have me move on to another email service. You are about to succeed.

I find the new Sharing on Social to be just about worthless. It is much easier to post an image and a link directly on Facebook and not bother doing it through Constant Comment. With the old Social Sharing, there were some problems with getting it to work, but I didn't have to retype the heading and anything else I wanted to appear.

I like that you added some features to customize the layout of emails, but it would be nice if you added more actual design options to make the emails look more custom, such as more background design options, the option to add an image or logo without making it a whole block or blend better with other sections. Your support for campaigns and administrative matters has gone downhill dramatically. Not only are response times poor, but the "English" of the person handling the calls can be difficult to decipher. Very disappointing because for years I have been so impressed by your company's representatives. Now I must consider making a switch.
