So i put together a survey, and made multiple tests of the email invite. However, come time to send out our final survey, the email invite I scheduled did not go out. I re-scheduled it again and AGAIN when I went to check results, the email was listed as a draft. I go to send the survey email invite again..
and it is still not sending. I've copied the invite and tried to resend again and still is listed as a draft.

It seems you're having this experience due to the self authentication that you have setup in your account. The good news is our Account Review and Deliverability Specialists are available by phone to further assist with self authentication. In fact it appears this was the information shared with our by our Chat Support as well. Were you able to get in contact with this team?
