1. Check eligibility: Make sure you’re eligible for an EIN.
2. Obtain your EIN: Apply for an EIN through the IRS. Remember, it can take between 2 weeks and 90 days for your new EIN to be updated in the IRS database.
3. Contact Support: Once your EIN is registered and updated, contact our Constant Contact Support Team. They will assist you in removing your current SMS marketing plan.
4. Register for a Higher Tier: After removing your existing plan, you can re-register for SMS marketing with your new EIN and select a higher messaging tier that suits your business needs.
