Allow special characters in Organization Name

1) Tried completing the 'Org Details' section but an error message popped up advising to correct the issue - however, there was nothing highlighted to let us know what needed to be changed? We had to engage with support, and the process took a good 20 minutes to solve. Turns out your 'Additional Info' line does not like BULLETS, but this we found out on our own. Pretty frustrating, time-consuming process, for a standard block of company info.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us! We have tested in account and were unable to replicate this same experience. Where were these billets being inserted from? How did you insert them?

We used standard character keys Alt+0149 to insert the bullets: •

This is exactly what we typed into the box:

Arizona MBE • Est. 2001

We received the error message after that. Some of our recipients will be focused on hiring MBE businesses, so it will be important for us to be able to display that information in some capacity.

Thanks for following up with these details. At this time our editor does not support bullets to be used in this way. In fact copying and pasting from a word document can bring over styling that can sometimes cause issues. Because of this we would be happy to update this idea to more accurately reflect the status of the idea with our engineering team. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on the idea but should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and are continuing to collect both requests along with use case examples.
