Customize Unsubscribe reasons displayed to contacts

For years, the ConstantContact system has been giving subscribers five poorly-written reasons for unsubscribing. I recommend new wordings below.

 

Current List Wording

  • I never signed up for your emails
  • I get too many emails from you
  • The content is no longer relevant to me
  • The content is not what I expected
  • Other reason

New and Improved List Wording

  • I did not subscribe
  • I get too much email from you
  • Your email content is not relevant to me
  • Your email content is not what I expected
  • I dislike your email content
  • Other

For a more professional system, I hope you make this improvement.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
