[Events 2.0] Ability to add a text block on event registration form

Greetings.  If you refer to my first landing page using the new tool, it would be very helpful to be able to apply a 'note' or 'notice' block (that is moveable) to allow special notes to be added for registrants to draw their attention. Our chapter has difficulty with folks selecting more than one meal during registration and it would be extremely helpful to apply a note (that can be referred to later on) that explicitly notifies registrants they may only select one meal item.  I have added the note within each "Add On" selection item, but that seems so repetitive and over the top where if I could just highlight the note once, very clearly, it might do the trick.
