Sign Up Form - Ability to Detect Language Settings of Visitor and Automatically Translate

Hello,

My website brings in users that are English and Spanish Speakers/Readers.  My website automatically detects the language the user prefers. However, the sign-up forms stay in English.  Is there a way to have the sign-up form plug-in detect which language our website is on and have that language displayed and tagged when submitted.   If this is not possible, it would be helpful if the users could select the language they prefer with a Drop down option of the languages you offer.   I look forward to your comments.
