Client Not Receiving a Specific Email

Hi!

 

We are a church, and I have a member who receives all of the emails we send out except our Sunday morning announcement email. when I check I see all of the emails that have been sent but the Sunday email does not show.  She is subscribed and she receives any other email sent. Can she unsubscribe from a specific email?  If so, I can I resolve this issue?
