How to Post Ideas and Questions in the Community
This is how we share ideas, solve problems, and make connections. Check out this guide to get started on crafting posts and jumping right into the fun.
How to Create a Post
Have a question or want to share an idea? All you have to do is click the “Add Post” button at the top of the page your post is relevant to.
You can ask questions or share ideas and other members can react to them. Members can also respond to posts with their own experiences, providing even more insight.
Fields
Craft a snappy and descriptive title.
Be specific and catchy—make your title pop!
For example, “SOS! How do I boost my email open rates?” is much more descriptive than “Help please.”
Add more details.
Give us the full scoop! The more details you share, the better the responses you'll get.
Keep private info like passwords or email addresses out of your posts—playing it safe is always better.
Bring in the multimedia.
Got images, videos, or attachments? Great! Use the toolbar or drag and drop to include them.
Screenshots or funny gifs? We love 'em!
Tag it like you mean it!
Tag your post with relevant keywords (Email Marketing, Reporting, SMS Marketing, etc.)
Relevant tags helps surface your content to the right people faster.
Example of an Awesome Post
Title: "Help! How do I find my email campaign reporting fields?"
Content: Clearly explain what's puzzling you, add a screenshot, or describe your experience in detail.
Tags: Email Marketing, Reporting
Ideas
Have a great idea for us to consider adding to our products? Then you want to share an idea.
Navigate to the relevant section of the community, click on "Add Post," and then select "Add Idea."
The formatting will be similar to submitting a question. Make sure to complete the title, content, and add appropriate tags to your post. That’s all you need to do! Following these steps will ensure your post is clear, engaging, and reaches the right audience!
