Error Sending Campaign/ Email

I've been having issues sending campaigns to my mailing list. It shows "We couldn't send your email due to one or more errors" I was able to send 2 emails today, the third email won't send showing the error above. Please advise. Need to send month end email asap

Hi @MarilagM3. I see a few campaigns that have errors and we'll need more information to determine why this occurred.

 

  • Name of the campaign
  • Was there an A/B test scheduled?
  • Was a resend to non-openers scheduled? If so, how long after the original send?
