How do I send an email with a personal salutation to each contact?

I need to send out  emails to contacts I made at a trade show and I would like to the salutations on each one personalized specifically to that person, like a mail merge. Is that possible? How would I do that?  Thanks in advance.

You can either use the Insert Greeting Tag function, or use the Insert Contact Details function.
