Can Constant Contact insert a whole newsletter Canva-designed, 13 pages into an email to be sent to over 100 contacts?
Thanks,

Hello @MarketerL508,
That is definitely possible! Please select this article to see how to insert each piece of your newsletter into Constant Contact with our Canva integration. You can then send to as many email addresses as you can upload. Thanks!

Hello @EcotronLLC ,
Similar to how other PDFs work, since the Canva file that will display in the email is an image, you wouldn't be able to have multiple individual links present. Those would need to be on the main file.

If you use Canva to create your newsletter and then insert it into CC to send it, will the link clicks still track so we can get data on clickthroughs? Thanks,
Rachel

Like inserting other PDFs into email, they cannot actually be embedded. What shows in the email would be an image of the first page, which you can then link to the full document. Buttons, text, and other images can also link to the imported document if you so desire.
The linked document cannot have its links rewritten by our system when sent out, only the ones actually embedded in the email via image, text, or button. Therefore, clicks to access the document would be tracked, but the actual clicks in the PDF will not. If you want to track clicks like that, it'd be best to make the email from within the builder to begin with.

Appreciate the clarification, William. That's exactly what I have been trying to do. When will we be able to fully integrate interactive Canva designs into Constant Contact? It would be GREAT to combine the design capabilities of Canva with email marketing tools of Constant Contact.

Hello @NewLeafFoods ,
We on the general support side have no insight on further developments of the existing Canva integration or ETAs on any releases regarding it.
