I use a custom field in our DB - it is marked "Note" (Numerical entry) and when I do an export I want that field to be exported, and choose it, but it exports "Note" for some records and not for others and for some it exports two numbers. An example - I Just did an export of 991 records - "NOTE" displayed correctly on 529, duplicated on 32 and brought nothing over on 423 records. My question is Why does this happen?? Help

So there's already a "Notes" default contact field. If you're wanting your custom field (I'd strongly suggest renaming it Numerical Entry) to export, you need to select the custom field option while exporting:
