It would be helpful to have a point-of-contact with Constant Contact to get questions answered.

If you have support questions, you're also welcome to ask them here in the Community, in our social media DMs, or through Chat. Unless you explicitly hire a Marketing Advisor or Manager, there isn't a feasible way to setup a specific point-of-contact for just general support inquiries.
