Hello @RuthJ972 ,
You can either insert a Greeting Tag at the start of your email (Hello X, Dear X, etc.), or you can insert a Contact Detail and select the contact's first name, last name, or insert two Contact Details next to each other for both.

My name is Ken Craven. I have not use thus service yet but want to send emails to email addresses
promoting Click bank offers as an affiliate.

Hi @KennethC762. You have an expired trial that you can use if you are ready to start using Constant Contact. If you wanted to start a trial, you will need to sign up again since we cannot restart trials.
