Read More Button

I am working on my first email.  Is there a way to use the "Read More" button to expand the article within the email instead of linking it to a website or blog and carrying the reader away from the email?  The email would show the first few sentences of an article until the read more button is clicked, then the remainder would be visible within the email.

These kind of expandable embedded elements aren't functional in most email programs, especially not the ones most used. It's a best practice to have these link to the fuller articles hosted on either landing pages or other websites.
