Does anyone know when this platform will be working properly? About to cancel subscription as I haven't been able to use it. They do not respond with a fix date.  Shopify products do not load (due due variant not loading). Anyone hear anything?

If you have an issue with the Shopify integration, please call in to request a transfer to the Tier 2 integration support team. If there's a known issue, and you've already contacted support to provide troubleshooting data and have the issue tracked to your account, then you will be notified accordingly when there's an update regarding it.
