I recently create a new account and am having trouble with the sign-up form displaying on my WordPress (.org) website. When I'm logged into WordPress, the sign-up form renders fine and it functions fine. When I am logged out or use a private window, the form is not even visible on the page. Url is greenmountainbywayvt.com and the sign up form is inline and should appear in the footer.

Hi @ElisaC258. I looked at your website and I see two inline forms in the footer. By chance, did you make any changes on your end after posting?

I think it is a hosting caching issue, because that second form was one made with the CC/Wordpress plugin, that I deleted and deactivated and shouldn't be showing up at all.
