Survey responses could not be submitted
We sent out a survey to our membership and received over 50 responses, but a small number of members received an error message when trying to submit and lost all of the information they had entered. I am not sure what I should be looking for as a common denominator for those who could not submit their responses and are understandably frustrated.

Some common troubleshooting for these include the following:
- Would you have any insight if the people reporting the failure were on the same network?
- Would they have been using VPNs, ad/pop-up blockers, browser extensions, or other software that could conflict with Cloudflare's anti-bot system?
- Would they have moved off the survey screen for an extensive period of time, or swiped away their phone's browser app, and come back to the survey afterwards- thus causing a connection disruption or time out?
I appreciate the feedback! I can say the users with issues were not on the same network. I haven't gotten detailed feedback on the other questions you raised - I will try to approach a couple of them and ask.
