Survey won't save my changes

Hi. I'm working on a survey and when trying the default choice answers (Upper Range and Lower Range) it won't save the new changes.

Hello @DebHoge ,

Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to save your changes, or is it that the changes aren't reflecting in your survey preview? Or does the question disappear after adding, and clicking off the question block?

Does this issue occur with other question types, or just the numeric scale question in particular? Does the issue occur in other survey pages you have in Draft?
