I’m running a Meta Ads campaign where the ads lead users to a landing page on my website. That page has a Constant Contact sign-up form embedded, and I want to track how many people sign up through the ads.
Here’s where I’m stuck:
1. No “Thank You” Page: Constant Contact doesn’t give the option to redirect people to a dedicated “Thank You” page after they sign up, which would’ve made tracking easy.
2. Can’t Track the Sign-Up Button: The sign-up button on the Constant Contact form can’t be tracked using Meta’s Website Event Setup Tool. It doesn’t highlight the button, so I can’t track clicks or conversions that way.
So, with these limitations, how can I still track how many people are signing up through my Meta Ads?

Hello @RafaelS217 ,
If you're wanting to truly track sign-ups through an ad, I'd recommend using a lead ad instead. If you're preferring to fully redirect prospects to your website first, then the exact numbers may be skewed since the tracking for new sign-ups is disconnected from the tracking for ad interactions.
You can also utilize a sign-up landing page as part of the regular ad, which includes a customizable thank you page that can also link to your main website.

Hi,
I did create a sign up landing page, however, it only let me customize the Thank You page. I want to redirect the user to another URL once they sign up. Is there a way to do that?
Also, I really don’t want to use Constant Contact’s ‘Lead Ad’ feature. I prefer using Meta Ads directly and hosting a sign-up form on my own website. I'm quite shocked. Am I really the only person having this issue? It feels like a pretty common strategy to run an email list campaign, have a sign-up form on your website, and track who signs up with a custom ‘Thank You’ page. I'm shocked that Constant Contact apparently doesn't support that.
Yes, it's part of the Thank You page's customization - you drag over the blocks you want, just the same as with the main landing page, and assign links, documents, etc. to the buttons, images, and text as desired. See the previously linked article for guidance on setting up your landing page's thank you page.
