Unsubscribe link not working

I just heard from one of my customers that when he clicks on the 'unsubscribe here' link he's brought to page that tells him the webpage cannot be found. I then tried the same thing using different browsers and have gotten the same result. As I've never heard of this problem before, my guess is that this may be a recent bug in Constant Contact. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Where are you seeing a link with the title "Unsubscribe Here" in your emails? Unsubscribe links in email footers will just be "Unsubscribe [contact's email address]" and will only work in emails actually sent out, not in test sends, previews, nor webpage versions. 

What is the URL of the page they're trying to navigate to? Where in your emails is this link being provided?
