The Update Profile option was just added to our custom footer and it does not function the way we anticipated. We would like it removed. How do I go about doing that as it is not an option for me to do on my end. Thanks!

Hello @ChrisA565 ,

 

Can you describe how it isn't functioning as you were expecting? If you're needing it removed, you'll need to reach out to our phone support so they can put in another opp with the coding team to update your custom footer.
