Uploading Documents to Insert into Email Issue

Help!  I keep trying to upload my documents into my library so I can insert them into my email, but after I select the documents from my computer and click the button to save them, all I get is a greyed out button that says "In Progress".  I've waited quite a while thinking that maybe it's just because they are slightly bigger files, but it never changes.  What am I doing wrong?  I really need to get this email out.

Hi @GrantH398. There is a noted issue with Library uploads staying in "In Progress" that is being reviewed. You can close out of the window and the upload will be completed. You may see a "Cancellation Successful" message but the upload will still be there.
