A good newsletter inspires customers to trust your company and aims to keep your customers engaged. Your newsletter can include educational content, news about the industry your company operates within, updates about your company, and any other fun or informative topics that position you as a leader in your field. It's such a good point to focus on the value! Everyone has a product, but as a consumer, I want to know that you understand my pain point and show me how your product solves my problem.
Segmentation is a great tool for your newsletter too because your audience might have different interpretations in what they find valuable. If you break them into groups with shared needs, you can further target your message to make it even more meaningful for each segment. You may end up writing several versions of your newsletter, but they'll be shorter because you can leave out unwanted content.
