I'm sorry to hear that and rest assured we're passing along customer sentiment regarding our new user experience. With the new experience you'll find all campaigns (including past emails) are now contained in one location under the new tab Campaigns. You can search by Status and then Sent:
As far as not being able to connect to Chat Support it may be an issue with the web browser. Should you encounter that situation again try restarting your web browser or clearing the cache. Hope this helps!
