I agree with this post. Over the past 6 weeks , the tool you offer for correccting email address (in your bounced ) report , is not working as you know . We are all waiting for the programmers to find a solution . In the meantime , it's even takes longer to work the tool you provided for changing an email address. I can't believe your programming dept can't fix this tiny bug . What do they do all day ? You have had immense growth in sales over the past 20 years - it's about time you update your system.

Agreed with poster, no one has time /patience to export, import, etc .. needs to be faster, simplier , less time spent cleaning lists.

keep up with the technology - updates... Give NOTES ability to edit and/or delete. Add Contact, put phone/email/address in 1 box for faster load, & edit . Confirm receive on Engagement. Lots of room for improvement. Be more than just a filing system.
