Hi, Y'all! my name is Norma Hawes, and I'm the Office Administrator at Austin Classical Guitar. We've been using Constant Contact since 2014 as a means of keeping lists of people who opt to be added to our mailing lists, both email and snail mail. They then receive our E-newsletter, a weekly update on ACG happenings and other useful information, notices of our in-house concerts, guitar classes for adults, community ensembles, and requests for donations. Of course, since we're a non-profit, we are constantly reaching out for donations. ACG's missions include education, juvenile justice, music and healing, and artistic programming and community ensembles. ACG has been instrumental in establishing guitar education in public schools and juvenile justice centers, as well as maintaining a healing presence in hospitals, retirement homes, and homeless shelters, to name a few. Constant Contact has helped Austin Classical Guitar maintain its role as an integral part of the Austin arts, healing, and education community, as well the national and global community. We even have a Braille education program! Obviously, I'm passionate about music and education. I absolutely love working for this organization whose goal is "to inspire individuals in our community through musical experiences of deep personal significance".
