    • You are a leader and a mentor. You use your expertise and knowledge to guide users through the online marketing world and exhibit leadership qualities, such as the ability to inspire and motivate others, take initiative, and contribute positively
  • What will be expected of me if I become a Community Coach?
    • Coaches are asked to contribute frequently to the Community in various ways. You can answer product questions, provide insight in thought starter posts, share knowledge, like posts or participate in Community events
  • What are the benefits?
    • In addition to being seen as a marketing leader, we recognize your contributions publicly on the Community homepage and provide invitations to connect with other Coaches and the Community team. Don’t forget the swag!
  • How do I become a Community Coach?
    • Candidates are chosen quarterly by the Community team and current Community Coaches. They are a Constant Contact customer in good standing. They display positive Community engagement and are active posters. Candidates should show initiative to problem-solve using product knowledge and/or marketing expertise.
