The available segments feature addresses most of the major use cases we first heard about in this thread. Hi Ellen - Thank you for your feedback. I agree, this would be really nifty to have. We do get requests for new and different ways to view contact engagement. We're in the process of testing out some new improvements to our Contacts functionality. Included in that is improvements in viewing contact engagement (both individually and overall) and contact insights. I can't guarantee it will look exactly like you're imagining (with customers as the column and emails as the row), but I do think this is worth revisiting as those changes are rolled out to see if the improvements solve this for you or if we should tweek them. I don't have any particular dates yet, but stay tuned.
