I'm sorry you haven't been able to access the bounce report from your emails. I have taken a look at your account and since your email is an A/B Testing email, the reporting functions a bit different. However, if you click on the campaign, then click View Reports and you will be able to access the bounces from each of the A/B emails. This will allow you to clean your lists.
