The Walker River Lodge is in a town nestled in a region once called "Big Meadows", right in the heart of the California's beautiful Eastern Sierra. This pristine outdoor recreational vacation paradise has long been considered one of the finest trout fishing destinations in the western United States. That is why our family decided to move here in 1972. We began our love for the community and our guests immediately. Some of our guests have been returning for over 20 years to experience the fishing, hunting, and hiking. But we’d like to think it was because of our family environment. Every traveler and guest of the Walker River Lodge remains our guest always and forever.

You can select one of the many suites at the lodge that face the scenic East Walker River. Imagine just walking out the back door and dropping your line in the water. There are spacious two bedroom family apartments as well as double or single queen sized beds available to accommodate every traveler.
