Many higher ed clients are schools, colleges, and units that administer different programs on campus. For these clients, they create SMS lists based on the program a student is registered for; therefore, it's not always standard to use the unit name administering it, but the program name that the student is signed up for, so it's clear to the recipient which program it references. If Constant Contact can allow this capability under certain circumstances and add a dropdown of pre-approved sender names for verified higher ed clients (rather than contacting Customer Support every time to update it), it would be helpful so we can send a specific informational SMS to that student in the program.

We administer several different programs on campus, but there are three for which we compile SMS lists every year used for informational purposes only. This would help us differentiate the program to the student when they receive the message.
