Test Email Warning - Move to Header (Larger in Bold Red)

When I send test emails to my colleagues to review I currently have to add a text box to the top in large red letters warning thats it's a test and asking them to review it.

The current position of the warning text being at the bottom really has no use since it so easy to overlook.
