I'm just getting started with Constant Contact and I'm trying to understand the terminology but I'm not finding what I need in the videos or database. By my definition I would like to create an e-mail campaign which I see as a series of e-mails that are triggered by time.
In Constant Contact I have created a final draft of a campaign/e-mail. My question is, how do I add additional e-mails to that campaign and then schedule them series?
Another way to explain what I have in mind is that each campaign is a "folder" that contains the series of e-mails that I want to send in that campaign, but I don't know if that is the way Constant Contact is set up.
Are campaigns and e-mails the same thing in Constant Contact? When I look at the Campaign tab and the Channels-E-mails tab they display the same thing. My concern is that I wind up creating a bunch of different campaigns when I actually want to create a series of e-mails.
