If I send a campaign to multiple lists, is there a way to tell which lists opened versus which did not? For example, if no one from X List opened the email, but most of the Y List subscribers did open it, is that information available within Constant Contact reporting somewhere?

At this time the option to break down a campaign's reporting by list is not an available feature. It is however a feature request we are collecting feedback on. In fact we have tracked this request in your account and recommend sharing your need for this directly on its feature request thread.
