contact page answers. where does the spreadsheet go and where do i access it?

Hello community, i Hope that someone who knows this platform well is able to read this and offer some quidence as im here and under some time pressures, I'm a little lost. PLEASE HELP LOL!!.

Im working on a feature film casting and I made a landing contact page, which automated a casting self tape instructions, auto response email to be sent out.

On the sign up it had several fields, name age phone, email and location. i am trying to access that list of ALL info THAT THE CANDIDATES SUBMITTED, so i am able to extract it and to contact them with their shortlisting info the only list i have found has just names and emails no age, phone or location fields INCLUDED which i need.

What am i doing wrong, where do i find this spreadsheet? if I'm not able to extract I|'m afraid. that this tool Is'nt going to work for me, I was super excited about the posibilites of constant contact, but if i cant access the info and some of it is gate kept for higher subscription fees im afraid that I've wasted valuable time working this way on this project. hopefully someone can guide me to where it is and that i am actually able to do what i need here??
