Constant Contact wants to hear your thoughts on Reporting and metrics!

Hi all! I'm Kyle, one of the product managers here at Constant Contact. Now that the Reporting team has wrapped up the rollout of our new bot click filtering feature (check it out if you haven't had the chance), we're looking ahead to what's next and we'd like your input!

I would love to hear about your wants, needs, and general wish list items for Reporting, especially if you're not a habitual reporting user or regularly checking things like your open/click rates.

  • Does Constant Contact make it easy to tell when your marketing is working well?

  • Can we help make the definitions of metrics more clear? Are their certain stats that you find confusing?

  • Is it easy to tell what a "healthy" metric looks like vs an unhealthy one?

  • Does the product give good advice about why metrics might be up or down (and what to do about it, if anything?)

  • If you like to do your analysis someplace else (Google Sheets, etc), does the product make it easy for you to export the information in a format that works for you?
