Getting Started
Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Where do I begin? Im running my grassroots campaign and was told this was a great resource and honestly I'm so overwhelmed with this platform! I tried to upload contacts and it does not work. I don't have time to master this whole platform ive spent hours clicking in circles. Has anyone just decided to pay an additional fee to have this done for you.

When you have the time, we also have aĀ Getting Started guideĀ (also available inĀ video format), with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome toĀ call our general supportĀ so you can work 1:1 with an agent, and also screenshare while you're logged into the account.

Our Community also has resources under theĀ Get HelpĀ andĀ ResourcesĀ tabs at the top, particularly for theĀ Expert AdviceĀ page andĀ Onboarding HubĀ pages.

Otherwise,Ā our Knowledge BaseĀ has articles available for all the different tools in our system, with written instructions, visual aids, video tutorials, and common troubleshooting steps as well. The Knowledge Base is also available via the Help tab in your account, in the top navigation bar.
